Use of Pickleball 101 Montréal services (courts, memberships, packs, events, food) is subject to these Terms. By creating an account or booking, you accept them.

1 · Account and eligibility

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Players 17 and under must be registered by a parent or guardian (Junior membership). One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

2 · Services offered

Pickleball court rentals, annual memberships, prepaid hour packs, events (leagues, tournaments, clinics, open play), self-serve food and drinks (Le Kitchen).

3 · Fees and payments

Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), taxes extra. Payments are processed by Stripe. Memberships renew automatically — you can turn off renewal at any time from your account.

4 · Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation rules are described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5 · Code of conduct

  • Respect for other players, staff, and the facility.
  • No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour.
  • Sports attire and indoor non-marking shoes required on courts.
  • The club reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account for non-compliance.

6 · Assumption of risk

Pickleball is a physical activity with risks (falls, injury, contact with other players). By using our facility, you acknowledge and accept these risks. We recommend consulting a physician beforehand if you have health concerns.

7 · Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Québec law, Pickleball 101 Montréal's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential damages, or loss of personal items not left at the reception.

8 · Intellectual property

The site's content (logos, text, images, the Pickleball 101 brand) is owned by the club or used under licence. No reproduction without authorization.

9 · Changes

We may modify these Terms. Substantial changes are communicated by email at least thirty (30) days before they take effect.

10 · Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Canada. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of the district of Montréal. The French version of these Terms prevails in case of inconsistency, per the Charter of the French Language.
