Pickleball 101 Montréal is committed to offering a facility and website accessible to everyone, whatever their physical, sensory, or cognitive abilities.
2 · Website
Our target is WCAG 2.1 Level AA conformance: alt text on images, keyboard navigation, sufficient contrast, visible focus, semantic structure. We test regularly and fix gaps as they're identified.
3 · Adaptive equipment
Paddles and balls available to borrow. We support adaptive pickleball (wheelchair) — contact us ahead of your visit so we can prepare for your needs.
4 · Staff assistance
Staff are trained to welcome and assist people with specific needs. Call us ahead of your visit if you'd like personalized support.
5 · Feedback and requests
If you encounter an accessibility barrier (on-site or online), email info@pickleball101montreal.ca with "Accessibility" in the subject. We respond within a maximum of ten (10) business days.
6 · Continuous improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We review our facility, website, and practices annually, and integrate player feedback into improvements.
